Job Overview
The Counter Service Officer plays a crucial role in the daily operations of the bank’s branch network. The position involves handling teller services, processing various types of clearing and collection, issuing banker cheques, and ensuring all banking transactions comply with SBP (State Bank of Pakistan) and internal Head Office guidelines.
A key part of this role is ensuring compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations before processing transactions. CSOs are the first point of contact for customers at the counter, making professionalism and accuracy essential.

Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification
- Minimum: Intermediate (HSSC)
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Age Requirement
- Generally between 18 to 35 years (may vary by branch policy)

- Prior experience in banking or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory
