A growing digital organization is hiring a full-time SEO Expert with strong PPC experience to support multiple internal companies. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, improving search visibility, and driving real business results through both paid and organic strategies.

The selected SEO Expert will work closely with senior leadership, including the CMO, and play a key role in scaling six internal brands across different websites.

About the Role

This is a long-term, full-time position for a results-focused SEO Expert who understands how paid advertising and search engine optimization work together. The role requires hands-on execution, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Key Responsibilities of the SEO Expert

Paid Advertising (PPC)

  • Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads and related platforms
  • Monitor budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign performance
  • Run A/B tests to improve ad effectiveness
  • Optimize return on investment and reduce cost per acquisition
  • Prepare clear performance reports and insights for leadership

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
  • Optimize on-page SEO including content, metadata, and site structure
  • Collaborate with developers and content teams on technical SEO improvements
  • Develop and manage backlink and off-page SEO strategies
  • Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversions

Strategy and Collaboration

  • Work directly with the CMO on overall marketing strategy
  • Align SEO and PPC efforts with company-wide growth goals
  • Manage and support multiple brands and websites simultaneously

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, the SEO Expert should have:

  • Proven hands-on experience in both SEO and PPC management
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console
  • A track record of ranking websites and growing organic traffic
  • A data-driven mindset with solid reporting and analysis skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills

While not mandatory, the following are a plus:

  • Experience working with multiple brands or internal companies
  • Background in an agency or in-house marketing environment
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles
